2018 was a great year for home sales in the ocean view condo complexes of The Village and Seascapes One, Two and Three. The majority of the sales were in The Village complex with the addresses in the 600s. There were 23 on market home sales during the year with the majority being in the Village. Of the 23 sales there were 10 homes sold in The Village (600 buildings) followed by 6 in Seascape Two (100 The Village addresses) 4 in Seascape One (200 The Village addresses) and only one sale in Seascape 3. The two lowest priced sales were 410 foot studios in The Village that both sold at $460,000 and the highest sale of the year was a 1,557 foot 2 bedroom in Seascape 3 with nice ocean views that closed at $934,000.

There are a few homes currently on the market on the higher end of the pricing with a very rare 2 bedroom at 610 The Village #116 priced at $929,000, a two bedroom in Seascape 3 priced at $968,000, and a 3rd floor 2 bedroom unit with big ocean views in Seascape One priced at $1,100,000 and is currently under contract.
