We don’t see many oceanfront condos come up for sale in this building and this is a nice one.

This is one of the smaller oceanfront condo buildings on the Esplanade with only 21 units. #205 is oceanfront….and the views are incredible. It feels more like being on a ship than in a condo.
Another rare aspect of the unit is that both the living room (as well as elevated kitchen and dining) and primary bedroom face the ocean. In most buildings it’s a bit of a tradeoff but not here.

The newest listing to hit the South Redondo market is a 1st floor condo in the Village just east of the Redondo Pier.

The condo is in mostly original condition but does appear to have been well maintained and taken care of. The unit is towards the rear of the building and combined with the first floor location means the ocean view is minimal, although you most definitely can see it from the balcony and you can certainly sense that you’re near the beach.
The Village has a nice pool and spa area but also has access to the resort level facilities of the adjacent Ocean Club including fitness center, pool and spa, deli/market and harbor view outdoor deck.
One of the most recent condo sales in south Redondo Beach was a rare top floor studio at 610 The Village. The condo has some updates and upgrades and the layout means for huge views from the main living area as well as both bedrooms above. The top floor of an oceanfront building just can’t be beat.
