The condo has been fairly updated with the highlight being the remodeled bath along with the scraped (no more popcorn) ceilings with the addition of some recessed lights.  The kitchen has been updated at some point as it’s certainly not original but appears to be an older remodel.  The home offers a rare top floor location so nobody above and that much higher to take in the views.  The one bedrooms are an efficient use of space and they always feel larger than the 619 square feet would indicate.
