The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach is a 1 bedroom condo in The Village. The oceanview unit is on the top floor which is ideal, but it’s the furthest 1 bedroom from the water so definitely a trade off…..that said it offers nice ocean views being on the top floor.

The condo has been fairly updated with the highlight being the remodeled bath along with the scraped (no more popcorn) ceilings with the addition of some recessed lights. The kitchen has been updated at some point as it’s certainly not original but appears to be an older remodel.
