The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach offers an oceanfront location with unbelieveable ocean views.

555 Esplanade known as Casa Bahia is actually one of the lesser known beachfront condo complexes on the Esplanade.
Unit #315 offers stunning views from both interior spaces and from the 2 beachfront/oceanfront balconies. The home offers some moderate updates including new carpet, paint, and smooth coat ceilings, and new fixtures throughout. The condo features a living rooom fireplace and interior laundry which can be a rarity in Esplanade condos.
The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach is a nice single level 2 bedroom condo in Seascape 2 just east of King Harbor.

#205 has been remodeled with updated kitchen including granite counters, glass cooktop, stainless appliances and more. This specific layout offers an ocean view primary suite along with a second bedroom to the rear of the condo.
Seascape 2 sits next to Czuleger Park and ust steps to King Harbor and the Redondo Pier. The HOA fees are on the high side but the complex offers a nice pool and spa, second jacuzzi, small weight room and an on site manager.
As we rarely see two bedroom units hit the market in The Village condo buildings, and even fewer that offer this view, it was surprising to see this home on the market as long as it was. It was originally listed in April for $1,450,000. Most 2 bedrooms sell quickly so despite the high price it was unusual to see it on the market for almost 6 months.
The views are pretty incredible as it’s high above the pier in front so panoramic ocean, pier and King Harbor views.
The home needed some cosmetic work but some heavy lifting had been done and that said it was just as nice as unit #217 that sold off market in 2023 for $1,350,000 which, in our opinion, was a higher number than we envisioned value being at.
The unit itself is in the 640 building which has the advantage of 2 levels of parking…..meaning the building is a floor higher (or close to) than other buildings meaning views are better compared with other buildings.
#216 was a combination of upgraded and not upgraded with a newer kitchen, opened up floorplan and more….but some older carpet and some unusual paint choices.
This one was defnintely not like the others. Top floor penthouse 2 bedroom units are pretty rare in the Sandcastle building but when you combine 2 units and one is a corner….it’s pretty incredible.

The Sand Castle, located at 615 Esplanade in South Redondo doesn’t have 4 bedroom units….until now. #412 is actually two merged 2 bedroom penthouse units to make one unicorn type condo with twice the bedrooms, twice the square footage and pretty much twice everything (other than kitchen)
The home has been beautifully updated and remodeled with a real coastal/nautical vibe matched only by the views out front. This home is definitely not like the others……
