While real estate doesn’t ever have a day off, we hope you do. From all of us at The Village Redondo Beach.com, Redondo Beach realtor Keith Kyle, and Vista Sotheby’s International Realty we hope you have a wonderful President’s Day weekend whether you’re celebrating at home, at the Redondo pier or at the beach.
Now that the weather has finally decided that it’s summer….it’s time to head out into the great outdoors. Not only are the beaches a good destination but there are always activities to take full advantage of our incredible weather.
One of our favorites is the summer concert series on the Redondo Beach pier is once again ramping up and with the now awesome weather….it’s going to be tough to beat. The concerts take place every Thursday and Saturday from 6:00pm – 8:00pm and are presented by the Redondo Pier Association and Memorial Care Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach. The location is pretty hard to miss as it’s over the water(follow the crowd….and the music)
There is no charge for admission so come on down to the pier with friends and family. They request no pets, no alcohol, no bikes.
It’s not just about the music as it’s a real community event and always has a great vibe. The bands range from tribute bands (on Thursdays) to bands covering music from certain eras so there’s sure to be something that catches your attention. The concerts start this Thursday, July 4 and ends on August 31st. Seating is not provided so best to bring beach chairs and blankets (and something warm….still gets chilly in the evening with the beach breeze.
Here’s the lineup (per the Redondo pier website)
Event schedule is subject to change or cancel without being rescheduled.
Happy new year to our friends and clients in The Village, Seascape and The Esplanade. While it was a tough year for just about everything else, it was a great year for home sales and home prices in the South Bay’s premier oceanview condos.
