One of the most recent sales in The Village Redondo Beach was a townhome style which is very rare.  Almost all of the homes in the community are single level condos.  The last 2 bedroom townhome that sold in the Village was in 2020.  This townhome was originally listed at $1,350,000…had been reduced to $1,248,000 and sold at $1,300,000 after 73 days on the market.

The newest listing to hit the South Redondo market is a 1st floor condo in the Village just east of the Redondo Pier.

The condo is in mostly original condition but does appear to have been well maintained and taken care of.  The unit is towards the rear of the building and combined with the first floor location means the ocean view is minimal, although you most definitely can see it from the balcony and you can certainly sense that you’re near the beach.

The Village has a nice pool and spa area but also has access to the resort level facilities of the adjacent Ocean Club including fitness center, pool and spa, deli/market and harbor view outdoor deck.

660 The Village Unit#110 is a partially updated first floor unit with new flooring, updated bathroom vanity and more.  The trade off with first floor units is that although the views are more limited due to elevation in the building, only the first floor units can have hardwood floors….and they also have a much larger deck.

Unit #110 has some upgrades although the kitchen is still original and with only 619 square feet….that’s a pretty important part of the condo.  It’s certainly clean and in good condition but the cabinets, counters and appliances are quite dated compared with the rest of the unit.

As with all Village condos there is a nice deck and the 2nd floor location makes for some nice ocean views.  The deck can be accessed through either the living room or bedroom sliders.

The Village in Redondo Beach has some great amenities as it not only has an “owners” pool, spa and firepit, but has access to the facilities at the neighboring rental complex of Ocean Club including a resort style oceanview pool and spa, deli/restaurant, fitness center and more.
