**UPDATE**  This is an older post and 650 The Village #303 sold for $806,000 on 4/15/26 and is no longer available.  Click here to see the current listings in The Village or search all of the condos for sale in the Village AND Seascape buildings.  The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach is a 1 bedroom condo in The Village.  The oceanview unit is on the top floor which is ideal, but it’s the furthest 1 bedroom from the water so definitely a trade off…..that said it offers nice ocean views being on the top floor.

The condo has been fairly updated with the highlight being the remodeled bath along with the scraped (no more popcorn) ceilings with the addition of some recessed lights.  The kitchen has been updated at some point as it’s certainly not original but appears to be an older remodel.  The home offers a rare top floor location so nobody above and that much higher to take in the views.  The one bedrooms are an efficient use of space and they always feel larger than the 619 square feet would indicate.
