Rare oceanview penhouse condo with loft in Seascape 2
510 The Village Unit#203, Redondo Beach, CA 90277
Listed for $1,328,000
The latest listing in the Village and Seascape buildings may sound familiar…..It was actually just on the maket recently and pulled of on 11/29 and has returned with a new realtor and a new price.
510 The Village #203 is now listed by Dicla Bitar of Redfin.
This 2nd floor condo originally hit the market back in June for $1,379,000 later lowered the price to $1,358,000 and is now back and available for this newer improved price.
This is the most common floorplan seen both in Seascape 2 and 3 with a long and narrow layout but one that enjoys views from both the living area and the primary bedroom.
The kitchen offers some nice updates and upgrades including newer cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances and newer stackable washer/dryer.
The home features a fireplace and very nice sized oceanview deck that connects the living and bedroom area.
The Seascape 3 community features a nice pool and spa deck, gated parking and sits just east of the Redondo Pier area.
The complex went through extensive upgrades a few years back which completely updated and revitalized the exteriors, walkways and unit balconies.

The Village. Although it’s a bit dated with tile countertops and older cabinets in the bathrooms, it’s in very nice condition. It’s an end unit so the great news is that it has extra windows making for a very bright interior…..the downside is that it’s the unit closest to fairly busy Catalina Ave so it’s a bit busy out the back bedroom window. It has a decent ocean view from the balcony but no real view from inside the unit. HOAs are always high in Seascape 3 and there’s an approximately $50K per unit special assessment that the seller isn’t planning on paying so that needs to be factored into value.
