What a week it’s been in Seascape 3. We haven’t seen anything hit the market in months and then 2 very rarely sold townhome units list in the same week. We mentioned Unit #112 just the other day. That was the same size but in pretty original condition. This latest listing…..unit #114 is a flipped unit that we’re very familiar with as it sold twice….just last year.
