If the address of this latest listing sounds familiar, it likely is.  650 The Village #108 was on the market for almost a year….from September 2023 to August 2024 at $850,000 and then pulled off.  It’s back on the market in late 2025 

It is now priced at $880,000 which seems very challenging given the highest sale price of 2025 in The Village for a 1 bedroom was $799,000 for a 2nd floor unit in the 660 building.  There is also 650 The Village #108 (same building but lower floor less view)  currently for sale at $749,000.

There is currently no listing description but based on the photos and our past tour, the home is in good shape with some updating done in the kitchen and bathroom.  The view from the second level is a bit better than the photos convey but it is towards the rear of the building.

The Village has a nice pool and spa area but also has access to the resort level facilities of the adjacent Ocean Club including fitness center, pool and spa, deli/market and harbor view outdoor deck.

We’ve always been big fans of Seascape 2 and it doesn’t get much better than the top floor penthouse units.  Unfortunately they rarely hit the market but this is the second listing in the past 2 months.

Not only are the views better at the top, but the penthouse units have an additional loft making the square footage much larger than normal at approximately 1,800 feet.  The loft also means a second oceanview deck.  Owners use the loft for everything from home office to guest room.

Unfortunately the condo doesn’t really offer views but gets great light and is just a short hop to the beach and Redondo Pier.   The extensively remodeled interiors and open concept floorplan gives the home a casual coastal feel.  The “townhome” studios are 571 square feet which is much larger than the “condo” studios with only 410 feet.  Through the front door or sliders you have an open kitchen on the left with a nice living room to the right.  To the rear of the home is a pony wall giving some separation to the bedroom and bathroom areas.  A huge bonus is that the home has in unit laundry which is very rare in The Village and not alllowed in the condo buildings.

The condo has 2 designated spaces (tandem).  One very nice features of the Village is that owners (or renters) have access to the resort like facilities of the Ocean Club rental condo complex next door including pool and spa, gym, deli/market and more.

We don’t see a whole lot of condos hit the market in Seascape 3 compared with some of the neighboring communities but the latest home is a nice 2 bedroom oceanview condo listed at $1,379,000.

This is the most common floorplan seen both in Seascape 2 and 3 with a long and narrow layout but one that enjoys views from both the living area and the primary bedroom.

The home features a fireplace and very nice sized oceanview deck that connects the living and bedroom area.

The Seascape 3 community features a nice pool and spa deck, gated parking and sits just east of the Redondo Pier area.

HOA fees are quite high at $1,200 a month and that’s after the substantial assessment from a few years back that redid just about everyhing on the exteriors.
