We’ve always been big fans of Seascape 2 and it doesn’t get much better than the top floor penthouse units.  Unfortunately they rarely hit the market but this is your chance.

110 The Village #503 is listed by the DeRenzis McGarry Group of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.

Surprisingly this home was only purchased in 2024 at $1,830,000 so they’re selling at a loss…..at list price anyway.

Not only are the views better at the top, but the penthouse units have an additional loft making the square footage much larger than normal at almost 1,900 feet.  The loft also means a second oceanview deck and as it’s all about the views……the additional places to catch those views means a lot.

The multi-level condo has been nicely updated with a clean coastal look.

The Seascape 2 community features a nice pool and spa deck, gated parking, on site manager, small fitness room and sits just east of King Harbor and adjacent to Czuleger Park.

Price Reduced on the Rare 2 Bedroom Condo in The Village

As we rarely see two bedroom units hit the market in The Village condo buildings, it’s a bit surprising to see this one still on the market.  

The makeup of the Village is the same in every building and every floor.  The furthest east unit is a studio, all of the rest are one bedrooms and then only the furthest west units are 2 bedrooms.  That means there are only 6 per building and they rarely come up for sale.

640 The Village #216 is one of these units and as of 7/2 it’s now been on the market for 71 days.  The real estate market certainly seems to be cooling off a bit after years of being a “sellers” market but it’s still surprising.

The unit itself is in the 640 building which has the advantage of 2 levels of parking…..meaning the building is a floor higher (or close to) than other buildings meaning views are better compared with other buildings.

The unit itself is a combination of upgraded and not upgraded with a newer kitchen, opened up floorplan and more….but some older carpet and some unusual paint choices so it likely still has some work to be done down the road.

The views are pretty incredible as it’s high above the pier in front so panoramic ocean, pier and harbor views.
