Two Recent One Bedroom Condo Sales in The Village Redondo

Keep current on the real estate market in The Village in Redondo Beach. We’ve just seen two closed condo sales in The Village and it’sThe Village condos Redondo Beach somewhat the tale of two different situations.  The first home was at 610 The Village #203 and originally listed at $629,000 which was a very aggressive price likely based on the lisging directly above.  That condo was also listed at $629,000 but eventually only sold at $610,000 and was a top floor unit.  The condo at #203 eventually sold for $595,000 after 81 days on the market.

The other sale at 620 The Village #112 was a very different as it sold at full price after only 9 days on the market.  This was a first level condo with some nice upgrades that sold at $630,000.  We thought it was priced slightly high at the time but given the upgrades it definitely had some appeal.  View all of the recent home sales in The Village.  Views are always a big factor in value and both homes had fairly nice ocean views.  One other notable sale was the very rare 2 bedroom that recently sold at 630 The Village #116.

Rare 2 Bedroom Hits the Market in The Village

It’s been a while since a 2 bedroom unit has been on the market in The Village, but 610 The Village #116 just came on the market priced at $929,000. As there are only two 2 bedroom units on each floor, or 6 per building, compared with 14 one bedrooms per floor, the 2 bedrooms are rare indeed. What makes them even more special is that the two bedroom condos are always at the end of the floor….the furthest west and the only straight on ocean views.

The two bedroom condos offer approximately 938 square feet with big ocean and harbor views, 2 baths and a nice oceanview balcony.  Listed with Redfin, the condo at 610 The Village #116 is easy to see.  Contact us for a private showing.

It will be very interesting to see how buyers respond to the price as the last on market sale was in June of 2017 and closed at $790,000.
