The latest addition to the South Redondo condo market is a ground level condo in Seascape Two. The condo has been extensively remodeled
and is beautiful but the price is going to be a challenge given the lack of view.
New to the market is a beautifully renovated and updated 2 bedroom condo in the 130 The Village building of Seascape 2. The condo is a ground floor unit overlooking Czuleger Park so there’s not much of a view.

Welcome to the September 2021 real estate recap for Redondo Beach, the Village and Seascape communities of South Redondo.
It was another huge month for home sales in Redondo Beach CA both in terms of the number of homes that sold and home prices. See how September compares with other months on our Redondo Beach real estate trends page.
There were 80 on market home sales which is a very impressive month. The average list price was $1,419,042 with the average sold price at $1,460,956 meaning that homes sold well over asking price.. Homes that sold averaged only 16 days on market before going into escrow.
Of the 80 homes that sold 3 were in Seacape 2 and 3 were on the Esplanade.

The only condo sale in the Village and Seascape complexes during January was a very large one bedroom in Seascape Two that just recently
closed at $850,000. It was a very nicely updated and remodeled 3rd floor unit with over 1,000 square feet with nice, but not straight on, ocean views. Originally listed for $829,000 it sold very quickly and went into escrow after only 4 days.
