Remodeled ocean view condo in Seascape 2 Sells in September for $1,277,000
The latest sale in the Seacape and Village buildings in South Redondo Beach was a 3rd floor , 2 bedroom condo with some really nice ocean and harbor views. The listing agent was Liz Cotton of Remax.

Last month may have been a bit slower in terms of the number of homes sold, but prices were impressive to say the least. There were only 40 closed home sales in September 2023 compared with 65 in August.
The average home price was over $2,000,000! The average “asking” price was $2,036,675 and the average sold price was an incredible $2,004,165. The median sold price was an impressive but more reasonable $1,492,500.
Homes that sold averaged $922 per square foot and averaged 43 days on market before going into pending status which was considerably higher than the 27 DOM in August.
