The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach is a rare top floor studio  condo in The Village.  The reason they are so rare is that there are only six studio units per building (majority are 1 bedrooms).  The studios are the furthest east in the buildings so unfortunately views are from further back.  That said the top floor units have very nice views even from the back.
