The Village just saw a new listing come on the market and it’s certainly not like the others. It isn’t often that 2 bedroom 2 bath units come on the market in the 610-660 buildings of The Village. With only 6 two bedrooms units per building (compared with 36 one bedrooms in each building) they rarely come on the market. In addition to them being rare, they’re also the units closest to the water and have straight on ocean views as opposed to angled views looking in between buildings.
