If the address of this latest listing sounds familiar, it likely is. 650 The Village #108 was on the market for almost a year….from September 2023 to August 2024 at $850,000 and then pulled off. It’s back on the market in late 2025
It is now priced at $880,000 which seems very challenging given the highest sale price of 2025 in The Village for a 1 bedroom was $799,000 for a 2nd floor unit in the 660 building. There is also 650 The Village #108 (same building but lower floor less view) currently for sale at $749,000.

There is currently no listing description but based on the photos and our past tour, the home is in good shape with some updating done in the kitchen and bathroom. The view from the second level is a bit better than the photos convey but it is towards the rear of the building.
The Village has a nice pool and spa area but also has access to the resort level facilities of the adjacent Ocean Club including fitness center, pool and spa, deli/market and harbor view outdoor deck.

The Village. Although it’s a bit dated with tile countertops and older cabinets in the bathrooms, it’s in very nice condition. It’s an end unit so the great news is that it has extra windows making for a very bright interior…..the downside is that it’s the unit closest to fairly busy Catalina Ave so it’s a bit busy out the back bedroom window. It has a decent ocean view from the balcony but no real view from inside the unit. HOAs are always high in Seascape 3 and there’s an approximately $50K per unit special assessment that the seller isn’t planning on paying so that needs to be factored into value.
