We’ve always been big fans of Seascape 2 and it doesn’t get much better than the top floor penthouse units.  Unfortunately they rarely hit the market but this is the second listing in the past 2 months.

110 The Village #503 is listed by Liz Cotton of Estate Properties.

Not only are the views better at the top, but the penthouse units have an additional loft making the square footage much larger than normal at approximately 1,800 feet.  The loft also means a second oceanview deck.  Owners use the loft for everything from home office to guest room.

The multi-level condo has been nicely updated with a clean coastal look, contemporary kitchen and more.

The Seascape 2 community features a nice pool and spa deck, 2nd jacuzzi, gated parking, on site manager, small fitness room and sits just east of King Harbor and adjacent to Czuleger Park.

The two bed + loft home is listed at $1,825,000 which is pretty appropriate in our eyes given that unit 503 was listed at $1,799,000 and is in escrow and that same unit actually sold to the current owners in 2024 at $1,830,000.
