A huge bonus was the roof top deck and as the home was just about at the high point in the neighborhood the covered roofdeck featured views of the ocean, the city and even a glimpse of LA harbor to the southeast.

There has been a lot of activity on the beachfront home market in Redondo Beach with several Esplanade homes selling or listing. It’s not unusual to see a one or 2 bedroom condo hit the market but the homes of late have definitely been different.
One recent sale was a 2 bedroom condo in the Casa Bahia building at 555 Esplanade and it was an impressive number to say the least. The large 1,785 foot condo just closed at $2,150,000. The views were impressive and the decks were incredible, but this is a BIG number that we did not envision.
