We don’t see many oceanfront condos come up for sale in this building and this is a nice one.

This is one of the smaller oceanfront condo buildings on the Esplanade with only 21 units.  #205 is oceanfront….and the views are incredible.  It feels more like being on a ship than in a condo. 

Another rare aspect of the unit is that both the living room (as well as elevated kitchen and dining) and primary bedroom face the ocean.  In most buildings it’s a bit of a tradeoff but not here.
