The configuration of the Sand Castle requires a bit of info as there are two buildings so most views are unbelievable but some are limited. The front (beach fronting) building has floors 1-4 so other than a few 1st floor units that are somewhat blocked by the sloping terrain in front, the units in this building are really oceanfront. The rear building offers floors 5-8 with the 5th floor being blocked considerably but the roof of the front building. The 6th floor has great ocean views but not really direct sand views.
