660 The Village #306 Redondo Beach – Oceanview Condo For Sale
Top Floor Oceanview Condo in The Village Redondo Beach
If you visit this sight often enough you know how much we like top floor units. The views are better and there’s nobody above. 660 The
Village #306 is definitely one of those places and the extensive remodel makes this pretty ideal. The home offers great views and a coastal inspired interior. Some of the many updated features are newer vinyl sliding doors, tile deck, smooth ceiling, recessed lights, new carpet, new flooring in kitchen hall and bath, updated bath and more.
The kitchen has been extensively upgraded with quartz counters, stainless appliances and most importantly the wall separating the kitchen and living has been removed making the kitchen brighter and far more a part of the room.
The Village is ideally located steps to the beach, marina and all of the restaurants and shops of King Harbor including Kincaids, El Torito, Old Tony’s and more.

$1,100,000. The two bedrooms are pretty rare and pretty special as they generally have the best views in the buildings and are always directly facing the ocean, whereas the 1 bedrooms face at an angle. As with all of the 2 bedroom condos this is the furthest west and closest to the water so the views are usually much better and more direct than the one bedrooms. The condo went into escrow quickly and sold for full price which was $1.1M.
The Village. Although it’s a bit dated with tile countertops and older cabinets in the bathrooms, it’s in very nice condition. It’s an end unit so the great news is that it has extra windows making for a very bright interior…..the downside is that it’s the unit closest to fairly busy Catalina Ave so it’s a bit busy out the back bedroom window. It has a decent ocean view from the balcony but no real view from inside the unit. HOAs are always high in Seascape 3 and there’s an approximately $50K per unit special assessment that the seller isn’t planning on paying so that needs to be factored into value.
