The townhome means nobody above or below and with direct access from the private garage feels much more like a single family home. There are only a handful of townhomes so while condos are quite common, townhomes in this community are pretty rare.
The home has undergone a major transformation and has the look and feel of a luxury hotel. In addition to the extensive cosmetic work done, a third bedroom was added downstairs by adding a wall and closets making this even more unique. There are partial water views from both levels.
Seascape 2 has some nice amenities including an oceanview pool and jacuzzi deck as well as a small fitness center.

Aiming for the all time price record – Village Condo Listing at $875,000

New condo hits the market in line with the recent sale of 640 The Village #214 which sold at $875,000…..the highest price for a 1 bedroom condo ever in the Village.
This would have been a pretty unheard of price until recently. This newest condo has been nicely updated but it’s both further back in the building compared with 640 #214 and the equivalent of one floor lower meaning views are nice but not really comparable.
We’ll have to see if the market has now reajusted to this new price point or if that was just a unique situation. No doubt that the market is humming along so we’ll keep our eye on this one.

Rare 2 bedroom townhome style home in The Village sells off market
We’re not clear on some of the details as this home wasn’t on the market, but it appears that this rarely seen townhome sold in mid August. It doesn’t appear to be an same among family due to the names of the buyer and seller so it appears to be a legit sale.
The townhomes are pretty rare in The Village and the 2 bedroom units offer a nice open layout with living, dining and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms up top. The only problem with the layout is that sometimes the bedrooms have nice ocean views but the living level doesn’t which is true with 685 The Village.
The home last sold in 2020 at $901,000 and the market has certainly gone up since then so we’re not sure why the price of $871,000 as there are even one bedroom condos selling in that general price range these days. When the home sold in 2020 it was in very nice condition with an updated kitchen, stainless appliances, newer paint and more.
