The newest additon to the beachfront condo market is actually not new, but relisted.  If the address sounds familiar it’s because it was on the market last year.  The home was pulled off of the market late 2023 and in somewhat of an unusual strategy they’ve raised the price from the previous $1,650,000 (that didn’t sell)

The condo is beautiful and the living room and the patio are the highlights. Oceanfront living room has gotten a nice update with stacked stone fireplace that has a beautiful beach look. The condo last sold in 2020 for $1,325,000 with some, but not all, of the remodeling already done.
