It must be something in the air but two of the most recent listings in The Village Condos and Townhomes have both been 2 bedroom units. There are only 2 two bedrooms per floor (compared with 12 one bedroom condos per floor) so in general we rarely see them come available.  The latest sale just recently closed at $1,100,000 for a top floor two bedroom.  The newest listing is another 2 bedroom in the 620 building and while it’s been beautifully remodeled, the real head turner is the price.  Given that the last one sold at $1,100,000 it’s pretty hard to determine where the $1,500,000 price come from on this one.  The view are great which is typical of most of the 2 bedrooms (they are always the end units closest to the ocean so they are always the best and most direct views) but it’s hard to see how they’re going to get anywhere in this vicinity.  We certainly wish them the best of luck as there are plenty of homeowners in The Village that would love to see a new record set (by hundreds of thousands of dollars).   The unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and just under 950 square feet.
