Welcome to the real estate overview for August 2021 for homes in Redondo Beach California.  It was a fantastic month for the the number of homes that sold along with the prices. There were 82 on market home sales. The average list price was $1,330,821 with the average sales price of $1,385,527 meaning homes sold WAY above the asking price. Homes averaged only 17 days on market before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $783.

3 of the sales were in The Village or Seascape complexes.

630 The Village #103 – New Listing in The Village Condos Redondo Beach

It’s been a slow few weeks in The Village with all of the recent listings now in escrow. That just changed this week with a new first floor one bedroom condo at 630 The Village #103.  As it’s in the 630 The Village building it has the advantage of being higher than most other 1st floor units (due to 2 levels of parking underneath instead of one)   Although the first floor units have the least exciting views in each building, there are a few advantages…..1st floor condos have larger balconies/decks and only first floor units can have hardwood floors.  Take a look and contact us if you have questions or would like to set up a private showing.
