The latest sale in Seascape 2 was actually a townhome and not the usual single level condo. The townhomes of Seascape 2 don’t come up all that often and this one was definitely unlike anything that has sold in the past.
The home was on the market for a long time and was originally listed in April of 2023 for $1,799,000. The new owner had done a MAJOR remodel and split one of the bedrooms into 2 bedrooms making this one really unique and very beautiful. Having said that they had only bought the home in June of 2022 for $1,300,000 so the ask of almost $1.8M was never going to happen.
It reduced the price a few times over the months and eventually was pulled off and then relisted by another agent at $1,699,000 and closed not long after at $1,650,000. That’s still a VERY impressive price so congrats to all involved.
