We are so fortunate to live at the beach and near the ocean and have the grandeur of nature just outside our windows and doors. The latest listing in and around the Village is a fairly rare studio. There are not very many studios in the complex but even fewer in the townhome building. The Village consists of 6 3 story “condo” building (all units one level) and several townhome buildings with smaller units below and 2 story townhomes above.

Unfortunately the condo doesn’t really offer views but gets great light and is just a short hop to the beach and Redondo Pier. The extensively remodeled interiors and open concept floorplan gives the home a casual coastal feel.
