One Bedroom Oceanview Condo on the Market at 650 The Village #203

Two new listings just hit the market in The Village with a rare top floor 2 bedroom and a 2nd level one bedroom. We think that the 2 bedroom will sell quickly but with a price of $699,000 for a 2nd floor east of the building (furthest from the water) location we’ll have to wait and see how quickly 650 The Village #203 sells. It’s in great condition and offers a decent ocean view but $700K is still a big number for a one bedroom in this location. Having said that it’s been a crazy seller’s market and with little for sale…..it just might reach that number. The last 4 one bedrooms sold at $637,000 (first floor), $705,000 (top floor), $629,000 (first floor) and $685,000 (2nd floor same building).

closed at $850,000. It was a very nicely updated and remodeled 3rd floor unit with over 1,000 square feet with nice, but not straight on, ocean views. Originally listed for $829,000 it sold very quickly and went into escrow after only 4 days.
