It wasn’t too long ago that anything that came up in The Village or Seascape building quickly went into escrow. Between a slower time of year for oceanview condos, rising interest rates, and prices that might be scaring some buyers away, that seems to be changing.

It seems that of the listings that have come on the market in the past 90 days many are sitting unsold for months. Of the current active listings the average days on market for Seascape and The Village is 66 days and rising.  Several of the homes currently on the market have been on for several months with little or no interest.
