The newest listing in The Village is a first floor one bedroom in the 660 building priced at $675,000. This is a really big number for a first 
floor unit, but due to the location on the south side of the 660 building (which is the furthest south with no other buildings blocking the view) it actually has a better view than many of the 2 floor condos in the complex. The condo is nicely remodeled and in great shape. One benefit to the first floor location is that it’s the only floor that allows hardwood floors due to nobody being below. We’ll have to see if they can get close to this near record setting price.
