The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach is a rare top floor ocean view studio condo in The Village.  The reason they are so rare is that there are only six studio units per building (the majority of the condos are 1 bedrooms).  The studios are the furthest east in the buildings so unfortunately views are from further back.  That said the top floor location of this one makes for a nice ocean view.

The condo has been nicely updated with 2 murphy beds making the limited square footage feel as large as possible.  The two beds is pretty unheard of and when closed they make the space feel bright and open.  Other updates include a nicely remodeled kitchen and bath.  As mentioned the top floor location makes for a nice view.

The price will definitely be interesting to watch and track at $719,000 given that the last studio to sell closed at $600,000 and one that had been on the market (and didn’t sell) earlier this year was listed at $605,000.
