The newest condo to hit the market in south Redondo Beach is a 1 bedroom condo in The Village.  The oceanview unit is on the top floor which is ideal, but it’s the furthest 1 bedroom from the water so definitely a trade off…..that said it offers nice ocean views being on the top floor.
